1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Products

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
• All original tags, seals, and packaging must be intact.

3. Conditions for Return

• If the product is **damaged upon delivery**, customers may request a return.
• If a **wrong item** was delivered, customers may request a return.
• If a customer wants to return an item that is **unopened** and there is **no fault on our side**, the customer must return it in good condition at their own responsibility.

4. Return Process

• Customers must contact us via **email** or **WhatsApp** to request a return.
• Products cannot be returned at physical stores due to differing procedures.
• Once a return request is approved, our courier will collect the product within **2 working days**.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is issued by the courier during collection.
• Online payments: Refund will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.
• Refunds to bank accounts or cards may take a few working days depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• If returning **unopened items without any fault on our side**, the customer must pay a **24 AED return shipping fee**.
• If replacement is requested and the item is unavailable, the refund will be issued after **deducting 24 AED** shipping charges.
• If the customer received a **wrong** or **damaged** product from us, no shipping fee will be deducted.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• Customers must submit **clear photos or proof** of damage, leakage, or incorrect items received.
• Returns are approved only after verifying that the issue is genuine.

7. International Returns

Orders shipped internationally cannot be canceled after dispatch. Returns for international orders are not accepted at this time.
