1. General Terms

This page outlines the Terms & Conditions under which French Fragrance LLC ("we", "our", "the Company") supplies any products ("Products") listed on www.frenchfragrance.com (the "Site"). By ordering any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The use of this Site is also subject to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. You may print a copy of these Terms from your browser's print function.

French Fragrance LLC maintains the website https://www.frenchfragrance.com/.

• Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED are accepted.
• No services will be provided to OFAC or sanctioned countries.
• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their accounts.

2. How the Contract Is Formed

2.1 Placing an Order

You may place an order by following the onscreen prompts. Before confirming, you may review or correct any input errors. Clicking “Make Payment” submits your order.

2.2 Order Confirmation

After submission, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and details. This is an acknowledgment — not an acceptance — of your order.

2.3 Dispatch Confirmation

The contract is formed only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation. This contract covers only the Products listed in that confirmation.

2.4 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to reject any order without liability.

2.5 Reasons We May Not Process an Order

• The Product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Payment authorization failure.

2.6 Governing Law

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2.7 Country of Domicile

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

2.8 Age Requirement

Users under the age of 18 may not register or transact on the Site.

2.9 Secure Payment Handling

Payment details are securely transmitted to our payment provider and not stored on our servers.

2.10 Cardholder Responsibility

3. Risk & Ownership

Products become your responsibility upon delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery unless items arrived faulty or incorrect.

Ownership passes only after full payment is received and delivery is completed.

4. Price & Payment

4.1 Product Pricing

Prices include VAT but exclude applicable delivery charges.

4.2 Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are displayed during checkout.

4.3 Price Changes

Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed by Dispatch Confirmation.

4.4 Payment Requirements

Full payment is required before order processing. Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal are accepted.

4.5 Card Authorization

Orders are subject to card authorization procedures. Declined cards cannot be processed.

4.6 Pricing Errors

If a Product is incorrectly priced, we may contact you before dispatch or cancel the order.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before dispatch and up to 3–4 days after placement.

5.2 Returning Items

Products must be returned within 7 days, unused, in original condition and packaging.

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within approximately 15 days after we receive the returned items.

5.4 Faulty or Incorrect Products

Faulty or incorrect items may be returned or exchanged according to your legal rights.

5.5 Click & Collect Returns

Items purchased through Click & Collect must be returned by post according to the Returns Procedure.

5.6 Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.

5.7 Refund Deposit

Refunds will be returned to your account or original payment method.
