Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available in limited areas of Dubai. For urgent deliveries, please contact our support team.
Do you offer delivery outside the UAE?
Yes, we deliver to KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
What is the COD charge?
Cash on Delivery orders include a service fee. You can avoid this fee by choosing an online prepaid payment method.
Is French Fragrance selling original perfumes?
Yes. We are original perfume sellers in Dubai since 2007 and are registered with DED.
How many days will delivery take?
Orders within the UAE usually arrive within 2–3 days. International deliveries take 5–8 working days.
Can I request perfume samples?
Currently, we don’t offer samples. You may visit any French Fragrance store to try perfumes in person.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive SMS and email updates. Orders can also be tracked via your French Fragrance account.
What’s the return policy for broken products?
If a product arrives damaged, you can return or exchange it. Please contact customer support for assistance.
