Product availability is based on real-time inventory. High-demand items may sell out temporarily. All out-of-stock items are clearly marked on their product pages.
Out-of-Stock Products
Items marked “Out of Stock” are temporarily unavailable and will be updated once inventory replenishes. Stock levels may change without notice.
Packaging Standards
All French Fragrance products are shipped in original brand packaging, carefully protected with inner cushioning and a secondary shipping layer for safe delivery.
Unboxed Edition Packaging
In certain cases, due to minor box damage during shipping or storage, we offer “Unboxed Edition” products. These are 100% genuine and pass strict quality checks but are shipped in premium French Fragrance protective packaging.

How We Ship Orders
All confirmed orders ship within 24–48 hours (Sunday–Thursday). UAE delivery timeframe: 1–2 business days. Remote areas: up to 4 days.

Delays & Exceptions
- Orders placed after 12 PM move to the next dispatch day.
- Weather or road situations may cause delays.
- Accurate address and phone number ensure smooth delivery.
- Missed courier calls may result in rescheduling.
Damages, Cancellations & Amendments
- Orders cannot be changed after confirmation — please double-check before completing payment.
- Damage claims must be emailed to sales@frenchfragrance.com within 7 days.
- Original packaging must be retained for damage claims.
- Claims after 30 days cannot be accepted.
